We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Our goal is to make ADR accessible, affordable and efficient,  whether the dispute is over $100,000 or $1,000,000

Mediation
Virtual

Half-Day (up to 4 hours): $1,500

Full Day (up to 8 hours): $3,000

Mediation
In Person

Same rates as Virtual

Outside Erie County: travel time billed at $150/hr

Parties cover travel costs (mileage, airfare, lodging if necessary)

Arbitration
Virtual or In Person

Half Day (up to 4 hours): $2,500

includes pre-hearing review of narratives and legal briefs, hearing time, and written decision

Full Day (up to 8 hours): $4,000

Neutral Case 
Evaluation
 

Sometimes parties just need an experienced, independent perspective. I provide neutral case evaluations for litigators who want candid, confidential feedback on liability, damages, or settlement value.

Informal Evaluation (virtual): $900 up to 2 hrs

Comprehensive Evaluation: $1,750

Includes document review, session, and summary

Additional Time: $350/hr
